Crock-Pot Root Beer Pulled Pork

2lbs pork roast
1 can root beer
1 (4oz) bottle liquid smoke
1 bottle barbecue sauce

Place roast in Crock-Pot
Pour root beer over roast.
Coat top of pork roast with liquid smoke.
Then coat roast with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
Cover cook 4 hour on low.
Drain juices then shred pork with a fork and pour the remaining barbecue sauce over the pork, cover let set on warm for half hour in Crock-Pot.
Serve on baked potatoes or on a bun.

Fried Chicken

2 cups flour
1/8 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic salt
3 eggs
1/4 cup water
Frying oil
12 chicken drumsticks
Frying oil
*Salt and pepper to taste

Heat Oil to 350° on stove-top or fryer.
In a medium bowl beat the eggs and water together.
On a (deep) plate shift the flour, garlic salt, and pepper together.
*Season the chicken with your salt and pepper as much as you would normally.
Dip Chicken in the egg mix, then coat with the flour mixture.
Fry chicken until golden brown & inside temp is 165° actual cook time depends on stove-top or fryer and bone in bone out chicken.
Place on a layer of paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
