Pizza Dough (Keto)


1/3 cup almond flour
1 &1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch or 2 of garlic salt
1 pinch dry oregano
1 pinch dry basil
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
2 oz cream cheese
1 egg (separate yolk you wont need this)

Combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, , and herbs together in a bowl. Brake up any lumps.
Add the egg white throughly and set it aside.
In a microwave safe bowl combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
Heat the cheeses for 30-40 seconds and mix together. Heat again if needed, stirring the cheese between each round. They should form a sticky, stringy, cheesy ball.
Finally, stir the eggy ingredients into your cheesy ingredients. The final dough will be sticky and pasty.
Place the dough into the refrigerator for 20 min.
You can preheat the oven at this time at 375°.
You'll want to bake this dough before you top it.  375° for 15 to 20 min depending on oven.
*I don't use the yolk because it make it taste eggy.
