Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups grated zucchini 
3 cup mini chocolate chips
2 tablespoon cocoa powder

Preheat oven to 325°.
Grease and sprinkle cocoa powder in two bread pans.
Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon together in a medium bowl.
Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar together in a large bowl.
Mix dry ingredients to the creamed mixture.
Fold in zucchini and chocolate chips until well combined.
Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick is inserted in the center and comes out clean.
Cool in pan on rack for 20 minutes.
