3 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
1 tablespoon Ovaltine
1 1/2 cups soy milk
1/2 cup ice
Place all ingredients in blender.
Set blender to ice crushing setting.
Blend till smooth.
My kids love making this as an afternoon snack or dessert. But if it's going to substitute a meal, like we do sometimes on Saturday mornings we double the recipe - just so we aren't starving two hours later.
