Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies



2 cups all natural peanut butter
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
Lightly crushed sea salt


Preheat oven to 350° F. 
Mix, eggs, sugar and peanut butter. 
Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture about 1 inch apart onto ungreased baking sheets. 
Flatten with fork making checkerboard patterns.
Lightly sprinkle sea salt on top.
Bake at 350° F for 6 to 8 min.
