Ingredients
2 teaspoon olive oil
2 lb fresh green beans
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons water
3 teaspoons garlic salt

Cut off steams of the green beans, rinse and then pat dry.
Over medium heat, heat the oil.
Add green beans and cook 3 min, stir frequently.
Stir in lemon juice, water and garlic salt.
Reduce heat, cover and cook 2-3 min.
Uncover and cook 2-3 more min stirring frequently.

Add green beans and cook 3 min, stir frequently.

Reduce heat, cover and cook 2-3 min.
Uncover and cook 2-3 more min stirring frequently.
