Ingredients:
Baked Potatoes (1 for each person)

Shredded Cheese (any kind)
Meats (leftover- turkey, chicken, bacon, diced ham, even chili)
Veggies (leftover- broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, any work)

Sour Cream
Salt
Pepper
Salsa
Butter

Heat oven to 400° F. Rub the potatoes with the oil and ½ teaspoon salt. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until tender and easily pierced with a fork, 60 to 70 minutes. Take potatoes out and let them cool slightly. Warm all meats, and veggies, set them on the table. In separate bowls, place all shredded cheeses, salsa, butter, and sour cream.
