Thyme is generous source of antioxidant compounds, thyme has long been taken for sore throats, for upset stomachs, as a diuretic, and even as a germ killer in mouthwash.
Rosemary, just smelling the oil in the leaf can increase memory & improve your mood.
Mint is rich in vitamin C and iron. Teas brewed from peppermint or spearmint leaves can ease digestive problems, including irritable bowel syndrome. Mint also has antibacterial and antifungal properties. These properties also help reduce asthma and allergy symptoms.
