1 head of broccoli washed and chopped
1/2 a lb washed and chopped green beans
4 cloves garlic
1 lb of pasta (any that you like I used veggie bow tie)
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
about 5 cups water
Sea salt
Sharp Parmesan cheese for the top
In a large pot pour 4 cups of water.
Turn stove on high heat, bring water to boil.
When boiling pour pasta into pot.
While that boils, in a sauce pan place the oil and veggies.
Then add 1/2 a cup of water at a time to the veggies.
Cook till the veggies are tender.
Drain pasta.
Drain veggies if needed.
Pour pasta back in large pot and pour veggies on top.
In the sauce pan add butter and the garlic till the garlic starts to brown and the butter is melted.
Pour the butter garlic on top of the pasta and veggies.
Mix well and add sea salt to taste.
Top with shredded cheese.
